Compositor create the final image of a frame, shot or sequence. They take different digital elements; like the animations, background plates, graphics and special effects (SFX) and put them together to make a believable picture. They are responsible for the composition of images and shots.

Typesetter is a graphic design professional who lays out text in preparation for printing or publishing. They format, style and arrange text and illustrations for publications. 

Desktop Publishing Equipment Worker designs page layouts, charts, graphs, and computer graphics. Being a Desktop Publishing Operator selects, imports, and edits graphic images used to enhance the impact of the materials.

Press Line Worker handling production of the printed materials, including the printing and racking process, to ensure it meets the specifications and is ready on schedule. 

Profiling Line Worker installs and fixes overhead distribution and transmission systems, which includes poles, cables and electrical systems. 

Screen Maker designing screen print patterns, preparing the stencils, mixing and loading the screen ink, printing the final design, cleaning the printing machine, troubleshooting errors, and drying final printed articles.

Pre-Press Worker checks proofs of newspapers, magazines, and other print materials to make sure formatting, text, and color are correct before printing begins.

Plat Maker (Printing) creates offset or flexo press plates according to job specifications and established procedures using platemaking, testing and computer equipment.

Printer operate press to print job order; and read proof for errors and clarity of impression, and correct imperfections. Job printers are often found in small establishments where work combines several job skills.

Textile Printer installing and adjusting printing plates, loading and feeding paper, mixing inks and controlling ink flow, and ensuring the quality of the final printed piece.

Block Printer uses different carved blocks to print in different colours and layouts as per given specifications.

Press-Operator, Embossing use a press to raise or recess certain areas of the medium, so as to create relief on the print. Two matching engraved dies are placed around the paper and pressure is applied to change the surface of the material.

Tracer, Textile Design create two-dimensional designs that can be used, often as a repeat design, in the production of knit, weave and printed fabrics or textile products. 

Digital Press Operator uses digital printing machines and software programs to effectively create materials per client request. In fulfilling these requests, operators may change many variables in the printing press set-up, such as dimension, color or contrast.

Feeder Operator (Printing) retrieve printing plates from platemaking department to the press for installation. Assist with install of printing plates, packing sheets, packing blankets and inks.

Flexographic Press-Operator preparing the press for printing, including filling ink and calibrating the machine, feeding the textiles or paper into the machine, and troubleshooting any issues that might arise during printing.

Gravure Press-Operator repairs, runs and operates a printing press and is in charge of the entire production of printed materials from start to finish. 

Screen Printer examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities. Designing screen patterns according to customer specification. 

Screen Printing Press-Operator setup the press, monitor production, adjust the machine to meet specific client specifications, and inspect the finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

Web Press-Operator ensure that the quality of all printed materials meets the standards set out by their clients.
